Please note we do not sell directly to SPA End users (owners). Our online store and our catalogue is intended for qualified spa technicians, spas dealers and pool & spas distributors.

Payments must be made by credit card. We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express. COD service is not available.

pricing

Prices shown in the boutique are suggested retail prices (MSRP) in Euros, British Pounds, Swedish and Danish Kronas and Norwegian Krones. Discounted prices are localized by country and displayed after login. (Go to currency table by countries). Prices are subject to change without notice.

You will receive a discount after your account application has been approved. You may contact us to inquire about your current discount at any time by sending an email to orders@geckodepot.com

special orders

If you request an item that is not offered in our catalogue, we will do our best to get it for you in the shortest delay possible. Simply contact us by email (orders@geckodepot.com)  We will let you know the cost and lead time before processing your order. Special orders are final and cannot be returned or canceled.

order cancelation

Order cancellation is subject to approval by Gecko Depot. A 20% order cancellation fee will apply. Upon approval, material must be returned following our return procedure.
