Please note we do not sell directly to consumers. Our online store and our catalogue is intended for qualified spa technicians, spas dealers and pool & spas distributors.

Payments must be made by credit card. We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express. COD service is not available.

Prices shown in the boutique and printed in the catalogue are manufacturer's suggested retail prices (MSRP) in $US. Conversion in your currency will be applied by the issuer of the credit card you use to pay. Prices are subject to change without notice.

You will receive a discount after tour account application has been approved may contact our Customer Service department for your current discount at any time.


special orders

If you request an item that is not offered in our catalogue, we will do our best to get it for you in the shortest delay possible. Simply contact us at: 00.800.784.3256 or techsupport@geckoal.com.  We will let you know the cost and lead time before processing your order. Special orders are final and cannot be returned or canceled.


order cancelation

Order cancellation is subject to approval by Gecko Depot. A 20% order cancellation fee will apply. Upon approval, material must be returned following our return procedure.
